If you want to try out a quick fix (works in my testing), download it from yadi.sk/d/YPaLK-NBN6anw (updated moddata scripts actorliedownmode.script) With this you can jump like a rabbit while on the ground, but that's hardly a drawback. Unless a better fix will be found, this will be included in the next patch update at some point soon.

To enable console, edit moddata scripts uimainmenu.script and change line 26 getconsole:execute('unbind console') - comment this out to enable console to -getconsole:execute('unbind console') - comment this out to enable console so add a double hyphen to the front of the line. The console is a bit unstable, like if you scroll up too many lines, the game will crash.
